Recap & Update Regarding BRX
October 22, 2012
Hello again, dear VIPs. We know rumours have been spreading rapidly since our Clinic three weeks ago. We would like to take this opportunity to dispel any myths and present the facts. As a VIP, you have earned the right to stay informed, and we take that right seriously. We have also released new Extended Tasks that will allow you to help us directly in the fight against BRX.
BRX: What We Know
- BRX is a modified version of the BRV viruscontained in ByoRenew. Those who took ByoRenew, or those who have been in contact with someone who took ByoRenew, are at high risk of infection. However, not all individuals who took ByoRenew will exhibit symptoms.
- BRX is primarily transmissable through bodily fluids. Recently, there has been some speculation that BRX is transmissable through the air. At this time, we can neither confirm nor deny this fact. If this information is deemed relevant for the purposes of public safety, then you will likely be alerted by local authorities.
- We can confirm that cases of BRX have been discovered on all populated continents. The virus was likely spread through travellers who visited Toronto, and through VIPs around the world who received ByoRenew samples in the mail. We currently estimate that there are 5-10 million cases worldwide.
Symptoms & Prognosis
- ByoRenew’s unique design, which allows it to adapt to its user, means that BRX symptoms can manifest in many possible ways depending on its host. This same property makes it difficult to develop an effective treatment, since each case exhibits unique properties.
- All cases of BRX include symptoms that mimic an autoimmune disease, leading toautoimmune disorders. As the immune system is clustered around nerve centers, BRX usually attacks the brain as well, and begins to cause serious cognitive degradation. Patients may experience a variety of mental defects and behaviour disorders, commonly including extreme aggression.
- At this point, BRX has proven fatal in less than 0.5% of cases.
Treatment & Response
- We are working closely with international governments, as well as Health Canada, the CDC, and WHO to monitor and develop a response to the growing pandemic.
- We have developed ByoRenew 2.0 as a free vaccine against BRX. However, since BR 2.0 has not had time to go through proper testing procedures, it is not officially sanctioned by local governments, and cannot be legally distributed to the public. We are working to correct this as fast as possible.
- We are also working on a cure for existing patients, and have had excellent results with a combination of antiretroviral therapies. Symptoms have been almost halted in one of our earliest test candidates.
- Remember: the best cure is prevention. You can get a personalized risk analysis for yourself, your friends and your family at www.byologyc.com/protect.
In trying times such as these, it can be difficult to keep moving forward. Our CEO, Chet Getram, has an encouraging message of hope and optimism for you all.
