Erroneous Messages to VIPs

Hello VIPs,
It has been brought to my attention that some of the members of the VIP Initiative have been receiving inappropriate or undesired messages. We are currently investigating the source of this and should have it resolved ASAP. It won’t happen again.
Our apologies for any inconvenience or discomfort that these messages may have caused you.
On the plus side, we do have good news. We’ve just launched the Twitter Q & A task, which allows you to earn ByoPoints by answering simple questions on Twitter. You can get started on this now, by filling out the Twitter Q & A form on the Tasks page. Questions will begin tomorrow.
